1. Standard Returns

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of the original delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Hand-Painted & 1-of-1 Items

As stated in our Refund Policy, all hand-painted jackets and 1-of-1 artworks are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items due to their highly customized nature, unless they arrive damaged.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
