1. Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For hand-painted or custom 1-of-1 items, processing time may vary from 1 to 2 weeks, as these pieces are meticulously painted by hand by Nishchay. You will be notified if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping, but delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on your region and local customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
